Sectors

Different assets. The same discipline underneath.

Each sector runs its own mix of authorities and instruments. The approach underneath stays the same: identify, investigate, negotiate, secure, deliver.

Primary sector

Telecommunications & fibre

Carrier-grade land access at network scale: activity notices, facility access and negotiated agreements under the Commonwealth telecommunications framework, coordinated across hundreds of individual properties on a single build.

This is where our principal's deepest program experience sits: 8 years working in land access and stakeholder engagement as an employee of a tier-one delivery partner, including work on some of Australia's largest underground infrastructure builds for tier-one carriers, before founding Keyground.

See the Telecommunications Act framework →

Power, electricity & renewables

Easements, authority approvals and landowner negotiation for transmission, distribution and renewable generation connection corridors, programs where the easement itself is often the long-term asset being secured.

See easement acquisition →

Water, wastewater & pipelines

Tenure investigation and access coordination across trunk main, treatment and pipeline corridors, moving through mixed public and private land with the constraints mapping to match.

See due diligence & constraints →

Transport & civil

Road, rail and corridor-adjacent access, coordinated directly with the road and rail authorities that control approvals, consent and safety obligations along the alignment.

See the Roads Act & rail frameworks →
